Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager with dry utilities experience to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and daily coordination
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and field reports
• Track project budgets, costs, billing, and change orders
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate construction sequencing
• Lead project meetings and resolve project issues
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and project stakeholders

• Experience managing heavy civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and field operations
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Primavera 6 preferred and a big plus
