Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 2+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or workplace operations
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

The Breakdown

• Deliver exceptional front desk and reception services, greeting employees, candidates, and visitors
• Manage mail, deliveries, and visitor management systems while maintaining an organized reception area
• Respond to and prioritize requests through ticketing systems (Jira Service Management)
• Support facilities operations, including office maintenance and employee requests
• Coordinate conference rooms, training spaces, and office calendars
• Partner with Workplace Operations leadership to plan and execute employee events and engagement programs
• Maintain office supply areas, wellness rooms, and shared spaces to ensure a clean and stocked environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
• Assist with special projects and workplace initiatives
