Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience in transmission or equivalent fields Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities Analytical and problem-solving expertise Experience in recruiting, developing, and mentoring engineering teams Proficiency with office tools including Pivot Tables, Data Models, Office 365 apps, and other data tracking/efficiency tools Ability to influence, lead change, and foster a positive team environment Professional Engineering license preferred Nice to Have Skills: Recruiting experience Experience in proposal development and client relationship management Demonstrated success in performance feedback and employee development Proven ability to collaborate across organizational departments and develop training programs Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering or management discipline 5+ years of progressive responsibility in transmission design, engineering, or management roles Licensed Professional Engineer highly desirable Other Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% as needed Commitment to safety, diversity, inclusion, and team cohesion Dedicated to continuous improvement, innovation, and fostering a positive work-life balance Bring your expertise and leadership to our team-apply now to become a key driver of innovation and excellence in transmission engineering!
