As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will spearhead complex projects from conception through construction, delivering world-class solutions while guiding, mentoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program 7+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably with EPC project background Proficient knowledge of structural design codes such as IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale projects and guiding engineering teams Ability to perform quality reviews and resolve complex engineering challenges Valid travel ability (up to 15%) PE License (preferred) Nice to Have Skills: Experience leading design for large EPC projects Additional expertise in vendor coordination, technical report writing, and client engagement Proven success in sales, marketing, and securing new business opportunities Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience EPC project experience highly preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus Other Requirements: Ability to work in a team environment, delegate tasks, and manage project budgets and schedules Strong critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Ready to leverage your expertise in a high-impact environment?
