Purpose and Scope

The Intern will be working in Market Access and supports the Trade and Access Department with all operational functions.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • The project scope will vary as needed and may include the

    • HUB Data Mining and Organization - Work independently to gather data and develop repositories on payor policies and insights and bucketing of the policies
    • Market Access Data Mining and Organization: Work independently to gather data and develop assessments on payor level data
    • Market Access Analysis - Work with the Director of Market Access Analytics, outside vendor and internal teams to develop automated dashboard for each of the products as needed
    • Take these dashboards and build slides for business reviews, questions needing answers and business insights.




  • Other responsibilities include:

    • Proactively initiate meetings with Patient and Market Access team to ensure alignment of project timelines and milestones
    • Actively solicit and employ feedback into projects to achieve the desired outcomes
    • Defining internal processes, identifying best practices, pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as, executing projects to disseminate best practices and/or address pain points and opportunities for improvement
    • Performs various other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Student pursuing a degree in life sciences, marketing or business
  • One or more year's administrative experience, preferably in business



Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office
  • Some project-related domestic travel may be



Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $19.00 per hour
  • Benefits include medical insurance and 401k
