We start with mission-driven people who want to help foster a love of learning while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow. Educator: $19 to $21 per hour (based on education, experience) Schedule: Training begins in December 2025, with official in-field placement within the Desert Sands School District starting January 2026 (holiday break may delay start date). Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-6:00 PM (part-time or on-call schedule depending on program needs).
