As Superintendent, Site Services, you will lead from the front-aligning people, processes, and priorities to deliver complex construction scopes with precision and consistency. You will work closely with construction leadership, trade supervision, and project stakeholders to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for directing a large group of forepeople within a single trade discipline on a construction site. This role ensures effective scheduling, workface planning, coordination, and supervision of site services activities while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance. You will drive workforce productivity, support apprentice development, and maintain strict oversight of cost and quality control to achieve project objectives. Core Responsibilities
