Job Summary

YAGEO Group is seeking an HR Generalist at our Simpsonville, SC facility. This is an onsite role. This role will assist the U.S. HR Operations group with streamlining and improvements, Learning and Development, Talent and Recruitment and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Efficiency



  • Administrative duties for the department (including filing, documentation, and self-audits as appropriate)
  • Execute and improve core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance employee experience.
  • Streamline HR processes, forms, and documentation for clarity and ease of use
  • Partner with supervisors / managers to review, update, and standardize job descriptions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.


Learning & Development



  • Oversee & conduct assessments to identify training needs and maintain records to track progress and effectiveness in the U.S.
  • Design and/or update, coordinate and deliver / facilitate learning initiatives as assigned (both onsite and virtually).
  • Conduct and support training audits and documentation reviews
  • Support development initiatives as assigned.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance outcomes, and key metrics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and career development.
  • Work with Training and Development Teams in Mexico


Talent & Recruitment Support



  • Provide recruitment support as needed across the organization


Project Management



  • Contribute to strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to both HR operations and Learning & Development.
  • HR support for a manufacturing company strongly preferred
