Job Description:
- The Account Managers will serve as full-time District Contact Persons, acting as the primary liaison between the school district and the staffing vendor. The Account Manager will ensure efficient management of substitute staffing services, address staffing issues, coordinate personnel assignments, and maintain high-quality service delivery for the district. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced educational environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as an onsite full-time District Contact Person in the HR Department.
- Manage daily staffing issues including absences, employee coverage, and requests for transfers.
- Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal staffing regulations.
- Coordinate with substitute teachers and paraprofessionals to meet daily staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation, including certifications, background checks, and employee compliance files.
- Support the implementation and use of personnel management software for real-time substitute placement, absentee tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in the transition and onboarding of new substitute staff.
- Maintain professional communication with school district leadership, staff, and internal teams.
- Assist with training initiatives for substitutes on behavioral management, applied behavior analysis, and other relevant educational topics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of account management, client service, or HR experience, preferably in staffing or education.
- Experience managing high-volume staffing requests and working onsite at client locations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with personnel management or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in educational staffing, substitute management, or public sector HR.
- Familiarity with multilingual staffing needs (English,Spanish, Arabic, Bengali) and diversity/inclusion practices.
- Knowledge of federal and state HR compliance regulations and school district policies.
