Job Summary
The Supply Chain Partner Performance Specialist is responsible for driving business operations departmental strategy related to electronic data exchange, open purchase orders, and other business functions. The Supply Chain Partner Performance Specialist will also act as liaison between top strategic distribution and OEM partners, IT, buying teams, A/P and other internal areas to ensure an improved customer experience. In addition, the role drives the utilization, timeliness, and integrity of partner performance scorecards.
What you'll do

  • Generate standard supply chain reporting (e.g., supplier KPI's, open purchase orders, electronic data quality, working metrics etc.).
  • Support external partners and internal processing areas by trouble shooting data, technical, and business process issues.
  • Drive improvements in collaboration with assigned partners and internal business units to ensure compliance with performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary point person for communicating with strategic distribution and OEM partners regarding problems or questions.
  • Troubleshoots existing processes and procedures and resolves issues by taking the appropriate action or collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead projects related to process improvements, new metric exploration, and other topics relevant to key business initiatives.
  • Coordinate project milestones and tasks across the business.
  • Engage directly with partners to plan new implementations, resolve processing challenges, and develop necessary action plans related to performance including clear timelines and completion dates.
  • Deliver regular targeted progress reports to the senior leadership, management teams, and other business stakeholders including QBRs and other business discussions to drive improvement with supply chain performance.
  • Facilitate regular communication concerning projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Conduct a variety of ad-hoc analysis based on business needs. Align with CDW Supply Chain team on reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

What we expect of you

  • Associates Degree, OR HS Diploma and 3 years of Supply Chain experience
  • Must be a self-starter, someone that takes initiatives and is motivated.
  • Must work efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration
  • Builds strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing is a plus
  • Familiarity with the functions of other departments within Supply Chain is a plus

Pay range: $57,000 - $80,400 depending on experience and skill set
