Ready to take your automotive experience out of the shop and into a professional office setting? We're looking for Mechanical Claims Specialists to support customers and dealerships by reviewing mechanical issues, evaluating coverage, and guiding callers through the claims process. What You'll Do * Review and process mechanical claims using your automotive expertise * Communicate with vehicle owners and dealerships via phone and email * Explain repair decisions clearly and professionally * Maintain accurate electronic records and follow established processes * Ensure an excellent, empathetic customer experience in every interaction What You'll Bring * 3+ years of automotive mechanic or related experience * Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes * Great communication and customer service skills * Comfort using multiple software systems * Detailoriented, organized, and able to work in a fastpaced environment * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus * High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification is a bonus Additional Details * Must be able to travel for a 2week onboarding training * Occasional Saturday shifts * Highspeed home internet + quiet workspace required for remote/hybrid schedules Apply Today If you're ready for a new career path that values your mechanical expertise and offers room to grow, we'd love to hear from you!
