As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in building and customizing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Support the development and maintenance of automated workflows in Power Automate.
  • Help create and update Power BI reports and dashboards based on requirements from business users.
  • Work with senior team members to integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
  • Follow established security and compliance guidelines for GCC High and federal standards (e.g., FedRAMP High, ITAR, DFARS).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
  • Provide basic user support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with training materials.
  • Document solutions, workflows, and configurations following team standards.
  • Participate in governance and best-practice discussions led by senior/lead team members.
  • Stay informed about new Power Platform features and assist in evaluating their potential use.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development in IL5, GovCloud, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success serving as a ADO SCRUM Master or Agile Delivery lead for technical teams.
  • Experience with MS Power Platform ALM, including build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Dataverse and SPO security, RBAC, and data modeling.
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer engagement skills for stakeholder management.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with enforcement of development standards, documentation practices, and 'Definition of Done' in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with custom connectors and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of AZURE services (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus).
  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies, DoD, or other regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR, ITSM, CRM, and other enterprise workflow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, CMMC, ISO 27001, etc.)
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • Certified SCRUM Master
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
