Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day 8 am- 4:30pm


Job Description,

  • MUST HAVE access to a dog and furnace/filter for demonstration of new products
  • (Small air filtration devices do not qualify)
  • Previous experience with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Experience creating camera-facing content

  • We are seeking a highly creative, trend-savvy, organized, and execution-focused Social Media Content Specialist to help shape the voice of innovation for iconic brands.
  • This role requires a strong passion for social media, storytelling, and content production, along with the ability to translate strategy into impactful, platform-native content.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and actively participates in on-camera content creation.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation (80%)
  • Create engaging, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Shoot original videos and capture photography
  • Design static graphics and produce short-form video content
  • Maintain project timelines and content workflows
  • Coordinate asset requests, approvals, and publishing schedules
  • Write captions and support engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners
  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging formats
  • Manage organic social handles, including audience engagement via DMs
  • Appear on camera in produced content (required)
  • Social Media Operations & Execution (20%)
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns
  • Track performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Maintain content calendars across platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
  • Monitor trends and recommend tactical improvements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Proven experience in content creation and coordination
  • Proficiency in tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Canva.
  • CapCut.
  • Strong skills in:
  • Graphic design.
  • Videography.
  • Photography.
  • Video editing.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with social media tools (Sprinklr preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong accountability.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytics and performance reporting.


Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work setup (Greater Chicago Metro Area).
  • Occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
  • Travel up to 25% for content capture, collaboration, or events.
