• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
• BCBA certification
• Graduate degree in ABA
• OR relevant master's degree + experience working with children in behavioral health

Earn $2750 - 32.50/hour based on experience and licensure. - Minimum of 15 hours a week

What You'll Do

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents
• Analyze behavioral data and develop measurable treatment goals
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Technicians and team members
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing program monitoring rather than direct therapy
