Are you a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual storytelling? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's in-house studio team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality visual assets. This is an exciting opportunity to be the central hub for creative collaboration, directly impacting the visual narrative of captivating content and ensuring that every image resonates with precision and artistry. You'll be instrumental in supporting creative initiatives, facilitating crucial communications, and maintaining the operational excellence of a vibrant studio environment.



  • Location: Culver City, CA
  • Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match

**What You'll Do:**

* Serve as the primary onsite liaison, fostering clear and timely communication between producers, artist relations teams, and studio photographers, while expertly fielding real-time requests.

* Oversee artist approval workflows, including effectively communicating image priorities, meticulously documenting requests, and managing all retouching feedback.

* Collaborate closely with art directors and photo producers to execute creative initiatives and pinpoint key moments for weekly and monthly studio recaps.

* Provide essential hands-on support for live events, including real-time editing and ensuring prompt asset delivery to relevant teams.

* Coordinate with the studio manager and production team to strategically schedule resources and execute monthly creative refreshes.

* Monitor and maintain studio equipment, spaces, and uphold operational standards across all studio locations.
