You will be at the heart of critical decision-making, directly influencing product availability and contributing to the company's success by ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time for customers around the globe. **What You Will Do:** * Develop and manage capacity-constrained supply requirements within a complex global network to achieve customer service, inventory, and cost objectives.
* Proactively troubleshoot supply misalignments and devise effective mitigation plans to ensure on-time performance across the entire planning horizon.
* Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners, including Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Distribution, to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance and drive the execution of key strategic initiatives.
* Lead complex close of sales activities, leveraging insights from global and regional partners, ensuring data integrity, executing systematic seasonal buys, and implementing continuous process improvements.
* Conduct quantitative analysis, generate insightful reports, and develop data-based recommendations to influence daily decision-making.
* Partner cross-functionally on mitigation plans for raw materials and finished goods, particularly for seasonal items, to maintain overall inventory health.
* Cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise to foster efficient communication, coordination, and transparency in all supply-related activities.
* Take accountability for monthly inventory forecasting, reconciliation, and accuracy for assigned product groups, proactively elevating critical risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
* Contribute to manager-sponsored projects of the highest complexity, offering your unique perspective and diverse experiences to drive innovation. **Skills for Success:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 2+ years of related professional experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a similar supply chain role.
* Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop data-based recommendations.
* Experience with global supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot supply misalignments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders independently and transparently.
