We're looking for a Product Manager passionate about building intuitive, human centered digital experiences that improve how teammates work, connect, and thrive. In this role, you'll own products that directly impact the day-to-day experience of employees by turning real needs into scalable, high value solutions.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for teammate experience platforms and tools.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate teammate needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Lead discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement using data and feedback.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands on execution to deliver meaningful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management or related experience delivering digital products.
  • Experience with omni-channel portal experiences, mobile apps, and HR systems.
  • Strong ability to gather insights, define requirements, and prioritize value.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort influencing cross functional partners.
  • Experience building products focused on user experience, enablement, or internal tools.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards
