We're looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our Workday and HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you'll partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable, usercentered solutions that enable hiring, pay, performance, and workforce insights across the enterprise. You'll translate complex needs into clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Workday and related HR technologies.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and prioritize value.
  • Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories for delivery teams.
  • Lead discovery, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Track success metrics and drive adoption, efficiency, and employee experience improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, HRIS, or enterprise systems roles.
  • Handson experience with Workday (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, or Integrations).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
