Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Quality Management Underwriting Consultant! About the Role Responsible for reviewing and assessing LAD Financial Underwriting quote activities for groups with greater than or equal to 500 lives and communicating results to the individual and management while identifying common trends. Works with management to identify weaknesses when an issue or trend is identified. Makes recommendations for improvements through training needs, system enhancements and/or best practice changes. Assists with establishing, enhancing, and maintaining best practices related to underwriting guidelines, policies and procedures, and workflows. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range:$87,900 - $146,500 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
