Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Harness Technician to join our client on a Temp to Hire opportunity available in Littleton 80127 Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (6 Months) Schedule: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $27.00-$35.00/hour Industry: Defense & Space Manufacturing What You'll Do: Build electrical and mechanical assemblies following detailed work instructions and procedures Perform wire harness fabrication, including crimping, routing, and connector installation Assemble and solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) Conduct electronics and component-level testing, including troubleshooting and diagnostics Install sensors such as thermistors and accelerometers onto hardware assemblies Operate torque wrenches and precision tools to meet product specifications Support spacecraft hardware integration and testing, including propulsion module and environmental testing Document assembly and test processes accurately throughout production Work closely with engineering teams to resolve hardware and assembly issues Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of experience with: Soldering Crimping Wire harness assembly Minimum 1 year of experience with electronics testing and board repair Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment Experience with harness fabrication and PCB assembly Familiarity with non-conformance resolution processes Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with fabrication and testing environments Experience working with vacuum chambers Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, or CAD software NASA or IPC certifications in soldering, crimping, or harnessing After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
