Schedule: First Shift | Second Shift | Weekend Shift

Pay: $36.93/hr + $2.00 shift differential

Skip the temp-to-hire waiting game - this is a full-time, permanent opportunity from day one. Multiple shifts available, including first shift, second shift, and weekend shift openings.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

Perform CNC machining and machine setup using blueprints and engineering drawings. Configure machines by entering CNC programs, setting tool offsets, and zero points. Execute tool changes, monitor tool wear, and inspect first-article and in-process parts for dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot machining issues and edit CNC programs using G-code and M-code as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and mentor junior machinists.

What You Bring (Requirements and Skills)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a metal manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of machine setup experience
• Proficiency in CNC programming, G-code, and M-code
• Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
• Experience machining steel or other metals
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
