NOW HIRING: Medical Claims Support Specialist * Glastonbury, CT* * Top Administrative & Financial Services Firm* * Full-Time* This role focuses on processing medical insurance claims and supporting clients and medical providers with payment-related questions. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, review explanation of benefits (EOBs), resolve claim issues, and ensure medical payments are processed accurately and on time. It's a fast-paced, detail-driven role with a strong customer service component.
