*Case Worker - Tax Resolution*
*Tax Resolution* is a leading tax relief firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses resolve complex tax issues. We are seeking an experienced *Case Worker* to guide clients through the tax resolution process while advocating on their behalf with the IRS and state agencies. *Key Responsibilities* * *Client Case Management* * Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess financial situations and eligibility for tax relief programs. * Collect, review, and organize financial documentation required for resolution strategies. * *Client Communication & Advocacy* * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing clear guidance, proactive updates, and ongoing support throughout the resolution process. * Educate clients on available resolution options and next steps to ensure transparency and confidence. * *Cross-Functional Collaboration* * Partner closely with legal, tax, and compliance teams to develop and execute effective case strategies. * Prepare and submit accurate documentation to the IRS and applicable state agencies. * *Follow-Up & Documentation* * Track case progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain detailed, compliant case records. * Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings and communications are completed accurately and on time. * *Team Leadership & Oversight* * Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of case workers to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance. * Provide guidance, performance feedback, and process support to drive team success. *Preferred Experience & Tools* * Hands-on experience with *IRSLogics* or closely related tax resolution CRMs such as: * SolutionsLedger * CRM PitBullTax * Strong familiarity with IRS procedures, tax relief programs, and case workflows. *Job Type & Location* This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
