Our client is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide 100% onsite support for local end users. This role is handson and customerfacing, responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently without an onsite manager. Key Responsibilities * Provide inperson and remote desktop support for Windows 10 environments * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues * Support enduser connectivity, including LAN and basic networking * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users * Document issues, resolutions, and followup actions Top Skills & Experience * 1.5-3 years of Windows 10 desktop support in a corporate setting * 1.5-3 years supporting enduser LAN/networking issues * Strong customer service * Ability to provide both remote and handson support * Must be fully vaccinated Additional Qualifications * Highly selfmotivated and able to work independently * Comfortable operating without an onsite client manager * Strong problemsolving and organizational skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Warrendale, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
