Sales Opener (Dialer) - Tax Resolution Onsite \| Costa Mesa, CA Pay: $21.00/hour + Transfer Bonuses Position Details * Job Title: Dialer / Sales Opener (W2 Employee) * Employment Type: Permanent, FullTime * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Location: 959 South Coast Drive, Suite #225, Costa Mesa, CA * Reports To: John Hernandez, James Jones, and Sara Kuhns Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Opener (Dialer) to join our Tax Resolution team. In this entrylevel sales role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying tax relief needs, and transferring qualified opportunities to Sales representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales with paid training, consistent hours, and performancebased bonuses. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective clients seeking tax relief services * Engage prospects, build rapport, and gather preliminary qualification information * Transfer qualified leads to licensed tax consultants * Accurately document client interactions and outcomes in the dialer/CRM system * Follow up on assigned leads as needed * Meet or exceed daily and monthly call, transfer, and performance goals * Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and sales procedures Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Pay: $21.00/hour (biweekly pay) * Bonus Structure: * $20 per qualified transfer * $40 per qualified transfer from aged/older leads * Estimated Annual Pay: $43,680 base (excluding bonuses) * Employee Status: W2 Benefits Include: * Health and dental insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Sick pay * Paid training provided Skills & Qualifications * 1-2 years of sales or customerfacing experience preferred * Entrylevel candidates encouraged to apply * Prior tax industry experience is a plus (not required) * Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone * Experience using dialer systems and/or CRM platforms preferred * Strong communication skills and a goaldriven mindset * Ability to work in a fastpaced, onsite sales environment Experience Level Entry Level Workplace Type Fully onsite position in Costa Mesa, CA #PriorityWest Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
