Job Title: Contracts Review and Software Licensing Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (Metro) Hybrid: Onsite 3 days/week Overview Seeking a Software Licensing & Contracts Analyst with a strong focus on reviewing, interpreting, and managing software license agreements and vendor contracts. This role partners closely with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure licensing compliance, reduce risk, and support renewals, audits, and negotiations. Key Focus Areas * Heavy review and interpretation of software contracts, licensing terms, and entitlements * Track renewals, true-ups, amendments, and termination clauses * Validate contractual rights against deployment and usage data * Identify compliance risk, licensing gaps, and cost-saving opportunities * Support vendor audits (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, etc.) * Partner with Procurement and Legal on renewals and negotiations Tools / Environment * ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow, SCCM, JAMF * On-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
