A Taste of What You'll Do

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst for Packaging at GALLO, you'll play a critical role in how we bring products to market-shaping sourcing strategies that balance quality, cost, and long-term value. You'll be at the center of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure materials, components, and services are sourced efficiently and competitively. Your work will directly influence cost savings initiatives, supplier performance, and the overall success of our supply chain.

In this role, you'll dig deep into data to uncover insights that matter. From building and maintaining robust commodity and category databases to developing cost models informed by market research and spend analytics, your analyses will support informed decision-making at every level. You'll monitor supplier performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive continuous improvement across sourcing and procurement activities.

You'll also have regular exposure to leadership, preparing and delivering clear, compelling reports and presentations that explain market dynamics, pricing trends, and variances against plan. As part of Agile teams, you'll support new product launches while ensuring sourcing strategies remain aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by making a measurable impact through thoughtful analysis and strong partnerships.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations/Engineering, or experience in Information Technology reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA plus 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations/Engineering, or experience in Information Technology reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations/Engineering, or experience in Information Technology reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Intermediate MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or sciences plus 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, supply chain, procurement or operations/engineering reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with supplier relationship management, bidding, and contracts.
• Experience negotiating with vendors, suppliers or internal/external customers.
• Possesses broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of procurement and global sourcing and specialization in the completion of difficult assignments.
