POSITION OVERVIEW

We areseekinga highly motivated and strategically focused Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ourCustomer Experience digitalproducts. In this role, you willbe responsible formaximizing the value of our product by aligning product development with overall business goals andobjectives. You will work in a collaborativescaledAgile environment, partnering closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop andmaintaina deep understanding of the strategic goalsforthefunctionalarea(s)and business unitssupportedincludingunderstandingmarket trendsor future needs and vision.Translate this understanding into a clear productand ITvision, strategy, and roadmap thatenablesmeeting the business or functionsobjectives.

  • Developdeep platform fluency and architectural awareness, understanding internal integration patterns and optimizations throughtooland platformworking knowledge.

  • Prioritize andmaintaina well-defined product backlog, ensuring that itcontainsclear, concise, and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.Regularlyrefinethe backlog based on business value,time criticality,customer feedback, and technical feasibility.Ensure the IT development team can execute without rework oradditionalclarification loops.

  • Serve as the primarystakeholdercontactand liaison between cross-functional teams, providingtransparent communicationon product progress, roadmap changes,KPIs, and major decisions.

  • Champion and communicate the product vision across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm for the direction and goals of the product.

  • Analyze and report on digital initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders, providing insights into performance and opportunities for improvement.

  • Owncontinuousdelivery and sprint readiness,maintaining2-3 sprint backlog while minimizing development downtime. Lead business and technical refinement sessions to align teams.

  • Identifyopportunities tooptimizeproducts, UX/UIand recommend strategic improvements to maximize software investment, enhance digital strategy, and advance business value.

  • Collaborative scrum team player workingclosely with the development team ensuringa shared understanding of priorities and deliverablesthrough regular backlog refinement, fostering an environment of trust,transparencyand continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree inbusiness-related or technical field.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS(Sitecoreexperience strongly preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience workingin the functional area represented, process alignment orbusiness applications, preferablyexperience working within an enterprise CX function.

  • Proven ability to manage backlog and roadmap in Lean/Agile environments.

The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate high-level strategy into tactical plans and product deliverablesincluding cost benefit analysis.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability tohandle conflict resolution andchallenge assumptionstoencourage innovative, customer-centric thinking.

  • Organize tasks effectively for backlog prioritization and commitment to business stakeholders

  • Highly motivated/self-starter to be driven to find gaps in processes and technology.

  • Demonstrated success in navigating business and technology trade-offs.
