Job Title: Digital Shelf and Marketing Operations Specialist Location(s): Murrysville, PA (Remote: 3 days per week in office) Roles We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Shelf and & Marketing Operations Specialist for a 6-9 month contract position to support the expansion of our US Authorized Internet Dealer program. This position will be based in Murrysville, PA, and requires in-office presence for three days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the digital shelf for third party ecommerce partners, including content syndication, marketing operations, digital workflows and compliance, and product information management, coupled with strong project management skills. The role will focus on all activities tied to digital enablement and content support for S&RCs Authorized Internet Dealers in the US and will include helping to drive the integration of digital shelf / content syndication platforms into the martech stack. This role will also support product product information and content harmonization across systems including, but not limited to product spec, features and benefits, claims, pricing, and marketing materials. You will team up with various stakeholders to create and manage processes that will create value for our customers and will be ultimately underpinned by improving the digital enablers needed for program scale. You will collaborate across the North America Marketing team, Sales Enablement, Global Digital and Performance Marketing, and the S&RC Process and Systems Excellence Group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital project for a global leader in healthcare technology. Job Responsibilities
- Working with subject matter experts, Support evaluation and requirements gathering for existing Salsify data model; ensure alignment with business priorities and changes to business model.
- Project management support for the integration of Salsify into our product library.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create a process and web experience to streamline online application for the US Authorized Internet Dealer Program; drive delivery of online application in partnership with North America Marketing.
- Update and maintain existing product information across multiple systems until full integration is in place.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory team to ensure process and content compliance as needed.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.
- 5-10 years experience in marketing operations, ecommerce, digital marketing or related field, preferably in the medical device industry.
- High attention to detail with an ability to identify gaps and create the process, data and content management needed to deliver a robust, consistent and compliant experience that will drive value for our customers.
- Experience managing legal and regulatory approvals in a digital context.
- Familiarity with web operations, content management systems (CMS), or product experience systems, especially Salsify.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to track progress, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Preferred Skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or medical device industries.
- Familiarity with Salsify or other digital shelf platforms.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements specific to digital content in healthcare.
