Program Supervisor - Children's Long Term Support (CLTS)

Location: Waukesha County, WI
Job Type: Full-Time | Benefits Eligible
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (flexibility required)

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) team in Waukesha County.

CLTS is a federally funded Medicaid program supporting children with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities. This role provides clinical and operational leadership for a team of Care Coordinators while maintaining regular contact with children and families served.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Care Coordinators
  • Ensure quality service delivery and compliance with CLTS, Medicaid, licensing, and contract requirements
  • Monitor documentation, outcomes, and productivity standards
  • Conduct case reviews, case consultation, and provide direct service coverage as needed
  • Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and accountability
  • Partner with Human Capital on hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Support billing, financial oversight, and program budget management
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, community partners, and funders
  • Participate in program growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts


Qualifications

Required



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or closely related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities and/or families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Preferred



  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience with the Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program

Education
Bachelor Degree of Hum. Serv. or Related Field (required)
Experience
2 years: Two years of experience working with children with disabilities and/or families or a similar population is required. (required)
