The Senior Product Cost Analyst serves as a valued business partner with strong business acumen who develops labor and overhead rates to establish accurate cost foundations. This role applies financial expertise to costing data and uses these rates-along with labor estimates, tooling, and capital expenditures-to develop and communicate precise product costs supporting customer quotations for new products and engineering changes. The analyst analyzes complex BOMs and manufacturing processes, communicates cost drivers, assumptions, and implications organization-wide, and partners cross-functionally to educate teams on product cost structure. Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Assembly. Running scenario analysis changing for various cost and pricing options. An ideal candidate quickly analyzes complex business situations to drive profit-focused outcomes. Key Responsibilities
