Responsibilities

  • Essential Job Functions:

  • Package and DR finished product for customer orders and stock items

  • Print and sort all customer orders

  • Pull and process shipments according to customer requests - consolidate customer pickup and shipping schedule

  • Process packages through the UPS and truck line system

  • Generate daily manifest log from the system including filling out airbills, foreign and domestic and all applicable documents

  • Pull all buy/order cards and maintain supply inventories

  • Notify all carriers which have freight for pickup that do not pick up on a daily basis

  • Follow all standard work, process instructions, and ISO work instructions and procedures

  • Work in team environment

  • Cross train: Paint, Receiving, and Assembly

  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training, and regulations

  • Ensure established policies and procedures are followed

  • Participate in continuous improvement project team activities

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor

  • Education Requirements:

  • Must have High School Diploma / GED

  • Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to operate all material handling equipment

  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to fulfill business requirements

  • Willing to participate in Company designated training

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Working knowledge of basic math

  • Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliers

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision/guidance
