Parker Meggitt, a recent addition to Parker Hannifin, is a global leader in the Commercial and Military Aerospace markets, specializing in a wide range of products including fire and smoke detection systems, extinguishing systems, bleed air overheat detection systems, actuators, rudder pedal assemblies, pumps, fuel gauging systems, and high-temperature cables. Located in Simi Valley, CA, this site is within the Fire Safety & Power Systems Division (FSPSD) and is a key supplier in select energy markets, particularly in nuclear gas analyzers and nuclear containment vessel penetration cables. We work directly with some of the largest aerospace companies in the world, including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and Lockheed Martin, among others. Production Supervisor 2 - Electronics Position Summary: The Production Supervisor II will coordinate and oversee daily operations of the electronics production team, prioritizing work to maximize flow and efficiency in a complex manufacturing environment. The individual implements the Parker Lean System and Win Strategy to ensure a safe work environment, drive quality and yield improvements, and deliver premier customer service. This role leads and engages technicians through clear communication, coaching, and accountability, executes daily production through staffing, schedule adherence, material readiness, and WIP control. The Production Supervisor II partners cross functionally to resolve build/test issues, and supports design-for-manufacturability improvements. Responsibilities:
