The Role: Product Builder This is *not* a traditional Product Manager role. We're looking for a *Product Builder*-a handson technical product leader who can *define, prototype, and ship* userfacing experiences, not just manage tickets or write specs. You'll own the *public face of riamoneytransfer.com*-the front door to a global fintech product-leading a small, empowered squad to move fast while maintaining the quality and rigor expected of a publicly traded financial institution. What You'll Do Lead a HighVelocity, AINative Squad * Lead a crossfunctional squad of *2 AIenabled software engineers* and a *dedicated UI/UX designer* * Act as a *playercoach*: define direction, unblock progress, and contribute directly to execution * Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Replit, v0, etc.) to prototype ideas and validate solutions before production hardening Build from Prototype to Production * Replace static docs with *working prototypes* * Champion fast, modern "vibecoding" workflows-without sacrificing quality or judgment * Ship polished, userfacing features in *days, not weeks* Bridge Design & Engineering * Partner deeply with design (no Figma mastery required, but design fluency is) * Own the *"last mile"*-ensure implementations match design intent * Make handson tweaks in CSS/Tailwind or components when needed Own Experimentation & Growth * Design and execute *A/B tests* to improve acquisition and conversion * Form databacked hypotheses and ensure clean tracking (PostHog, Amplitude) * Balance speed with risk management in a regulated fintech environment Technical Stewardship & SEO * Care deeply about *Core Web Vitals*, semantic HTML, and technical health * Handle small but impactful changes yourself (tracking pixels, landing pages, copy updates) * Enable engineers to focus on highleverage technical work What We're Looking For MustHaves * *3+ years* in digital product roles (Product Manager, Technical Founder, Growth Engineer, Product Engineer) * Proven ability to *build and deploy web experiences* * Comfort navigating a *React / Next.js* codebase and debugging with browser dev tools * Handson experience using *AI tools* (Cursor, Claude, Replit, v0) to accelerate development * Experience *designing and executing A/B tests* * Strong product judgment and ownership mindset NicetoHaves * AWS experience * Background in product management or software engineering * AI experimentation beyond daytoday usage * Spanish proficiency (helpful for global/LATAM collaboration) We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
