Epic Professional Billing Analyst Intermediate Level \| Epic-Certified Talent Wanted Are you an Epic Professional Billing (PB) expert who enjoys meaningful project work and hands-on operational support? We're looking for skilled Epic PB Analysts to join a collaborative team supporting exciting initiatives, including acquisitions and daily operations. Whether you thrive in project-based work, production support, or a blend of both, we'd love to connect. What You Bring * Epic Professional Billing certification (required) * 5+ years of Epic build experience within PB (ideally claims as well) * Strong communication and documentation skills * A team-first mindset and flexibility to work in both project and operational capacities * Intermediate-level Epic experience supporting real-world clinical or revenue cycle workflows What You'll Do Depending on your experience and certification mix, you may support one or more of the following: * Professional Billing build, support, and optimization * Claims, remittance, and follow-up workflows (PB Claims experience is a plus) * Credits, estimates, MyChart Billing, and security setup * Daily operational support, ticket resolution, and troubleshooting * Acquisition integration work, including transitioning physicians under a parent organization * Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear documentation of build and processes Open Role Profiles We're considering candidates who align with one or more of the following: Position 1 * Epic Professional Billing Certified * Willingness to support both projects and daily operations * Experience with PB workflows such as claims, remittance, follow-ups, credits, estimates, MyChart Billing, and security * PB Claims experience is nice to have Position 2 * Epic Professional Billing Certified * Epic PB Claims Certified * Experience supporting acquisitions, physician transitions, or enterprise consolidations Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
