ENT opportunity with established and growing CHRISTUS practice in Texarkana (NE Texas)

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in collaboration with CHRISTUS St. Michael hospital in Texarkana is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist (ENT) Physician to join an established practice. This unique opportunity offers the stability and support of an employment model combined with the ability to maximize earnings through RVU-based compensation. The incoming physician will benefit from a strong referral network, existing patient demand, and the autonomy to expand on ENT clinical skills and procedures of interests.

Practice Description:

• • Practice ensures a first-year income guarantee to be surpassed with an exceptional RVU-based compensation model that rewards individual performance.
  • The practice is set amid 120 wooded acres and has been voted as one of the most beautiful hospital settings in the country. The campus is home to CHRISTUS medical offices, clinics, and ancillary centers. This integrated healthcare setting fosters collaboration and professional growth.
  • Single-specialty practice sharing office space with a highly regarded ENT Physician and highly efficient, tenured staff. Exceptional back-office support manages referrals, scheduling prior authorization and administrative functions, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.
  • Well-equipped clinic featuring state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, updated NATUS audiology equipment, and modern endoscopic scopes.
  • Growth opportunities include expanding surgical offerings and developing subspecialty interests based on clinical interests.
  • A second Audiologist or APC may be hired to work with the new ENT Physician.
  • Most common diagnosis: Ped tubes; Impact ears with external numbing; Tonsils and sinus surgery, including balloons; No cosmetic surgery work. Will do deviated septum when appropriate.

Current Schedule and Volume:

• Monday through Wednesdays: approximately 30 patients per day; Thursdays: Dedicated OR block time in the morning followed by clinic; Fridays may be half days.

Call Cover:

• 1:5Telephone call only
• No ED call requirement

Hospital Services:

• 311-bed acute care hospital with a Level III Emergency Department and a full range of medical specialties represented.
• Christus after-hours triage services nurse line assists with call duties
• Epic EMR utilized across both clinic and hospital settings.

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted Texas License required at start of practice
• Texas Registered DEA
• BC/BE with ENT fellowship training
• New graduates are encouraged to inquire
