Involves services such as individual and group counseling and psychotherapy, crisis intervention, clinical consultation, outreach and programming. Provides services for a range of conditions including academic or job stress, parent-child problems, substance abuse, anxiety, trauma recovery, depression or social phobia. Services may be provided by a combination of licensed clinicians, as well as counselors and crisis intervention specialists. Required Qualifications
Acquiring knowledge associated with professional visitation service provision, methods, procedures, and standards.Knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with profession.Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in human services or related field (years of education in a social work related field beyond High School will be considered).Knowledge of and experience with trauma-informed practicesExperience working with children and/or families from diverse backgrounds;Demonstrable and excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) in English.Aptitude for conflict de-escalation, limit setting, and conflict resolutionAbility to identify when to escalate situations and issues to supervisors and/or senior providersGeneral PC knowledge and administrative skillsBachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology or related field or equivalent experience.


Preferred Qualifications
Professional Provider of supervised visitation per California Judicial Standards 5.20 and Family Code Section 3200.Fluency in a second language preferred, particularly Bilingual/Bicultural Spanish or Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).Experience (1+ years) working directly with families experiencing obstacles or in conflict, primarily domestic violence.Strong knowledge of child development, child abuse prevention, and child exposure to domestic violence.Experience (1+ years) with case management or human service delivery in a social work setting.Demonstrable administrative skills including database management, typing, and advanced computer literacy.Ability to work rrgularly scheduled shift(s) at a minimum of two Rally's sites (currently San Francisco, San Rafael, and San Mateo)
