This role is responsible for ensuring all Caterpillar warranty claims are submitted accurately and within required timelines while leading a team that supports service, parts, and customer needs.

What You'll Do as a Warranty Supervisor:

As a Warranty Supervisor, you'll lead the warranty team while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all claim processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage warranty department employees, including hiring, training, development, and performance management
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of warranty claims in accordance with Caterpillar guidelines
• Work closely with service supervisors, customers, and other dealers to resolve warranty-related issues
• Interpret job folders and submit claims to Caterpillar systems
• Oversee preparation and processing of "Send-It-Back" parts returns
• Register new machine and engine warranty coverage
• Maintain accurate machine and engine delivery records
• Monitor department performance and ensure high standards of accuracy and service
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical field, or related area (equivalent experience considered)
• 3+ years of warranty-related experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Caterpillar systems such as DBS, SIS, SIMSI, SIB, and ADZ142
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment
