Assistant Restaurant Manager Whitewater 360 Sports Club & Cafe 360 Position Overview The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience at Whitewater 360 and Cafe 360. This role holds full P&L accountability and oversees all bar and restaurant operations, including financial performance, staffing, service standards, and product quality.
