As a Guest Services Director you are instrumental to resident satisfaction. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Schaumburg by working with multiple departments assisting with the coordination and delivery of services at the facility, working with multiple departments to ensure smooth resident admissions and discharges, greeting all residents upon arrival, providing tours to perspective residents and their families, routinely checking on residents and inquiring about ways to make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable, reporting resident preferences to the appropriate team member, ensuring resident rooms are prepared appropriately prior to their arrival, maintaining a report with residents and their families during and after their stay as well as assisting with post discharge follow up. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

The person in this position also coordinates room changes, back up to the Admissions Director and participates in the MOD(Managers on Duty) schedule for weekends.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid, unencumbered State of Illinois Driver's License or other motor vehicle license as required by the state. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
