Looking for a place to start your career? Geosyntec is the place for you! We have an exciting opportunity for a limited-term Intern to assist our Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions Teams. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) intern position for approximately 13-15 weeks during the summer of 2026. This position will be based in our Boca Raton, FL office. A hybrid work schedule may be available for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Review, test, and help improve corporate finance-managed dashboards and reports
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis of company financial performance and other KPIs
  • Assist with financial and business diligence of potential acquisition targets
  • Develop financial projections and assist with company valuations


Education and Licensure

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). (required)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program focused in Finance. (required)
  • Coursework in accounting and corporate finance. (preferred)


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. (required)
  • Ability to remain motivated even when performing repetitive tasks. (required)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on skills leveraging Excel for complex tasks. (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (required)
