Supply Chain Analyst Intern

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst Intern will support the Supply Chain team by assisting with the development, maintenance, and analysis of key dashboards and monthly reports. This role will help track and report on KPIs, logistics performance, and inventory metrics, while ensuring data accuracy across systems. The intern will gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, and cross-functional reporting processes, while contributing to ongoing process improvements and business insights.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Supply Chain KPI dashboard.
  • Manage the S&OE Planning Process dashboard.
  • Manage the logistics savings dashboard.
  • Complete logistics monthly reporting.
  • Complete inventory monthly reporting.
  • Perform triangulation of OneStream reporting to premium Freight Salesforce reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in Supply Chain
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (VLOOKUP and pivot tables a plus)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
