PT Payroll Coordinator - AllHealth Network

At AllHealth Network, our mission-driven work depends on accuracy, trust, and strong operational support. Our Payroll team plays a critical role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time-supporting the people who support our community every day.

As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll support the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for employees across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who values confidentiality, works well independently, and enjoys detailed, compliance-focused work in a collaborative healthcare environment.


What You'll Do

  • Support accurate and timely payroll processing, performing all processes as backup to the payroll manager as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and detailed records of communications and adjustments
  • Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Prepare various financial accounting and HR reports as scheduled and upon request
  • Fulfill external requests for verifications of employment
  • Update payroll calendars, pay policy changes, the department's resources made available to employees
  • Stay current on Federal payroll regulations and labor laws as well as in the local municipalities where our employees serve
  • Contribute to year end requirements, including W-2 maintenance and company tax reporting
  • Provide supervisors' and employees' payroll inquiries with accurate and timely responses
  • Complete all required training courses as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent with appropriate payroll-related experience
  • Minimum of four years of payroll experience processing payroll for a mid-sized organization (300-800 employees)
  • Experience with payroll software; UKG payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and accountability
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficiency with 10-key by touch and typing at 40 wpm
  • Familiarity with financial reporting systems and reconciliation processes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Ability or willingness to obtain FPC certification within the first year of employment (if not already obtained)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
