Are you a passionate data professional ready to make a significant impact on how digital experiences are measured and optimized? We are seeking a highly analytical and influential individual to join a forward-thinking team focused on performance marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in measuring player acquisition, reactivation, and long-term value across various marketing channels, directly influencing budget decisions and shaping the future of marketing effectiveness. Your work will involve pioneering campaign experimentation and evaluating new opportunities, contributing to a data-driven culture that elevates player engagement and business success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead campaign post-mortems, attribution modeling, and marketing funnel analysis, connecting marketing spend and impressions to downstream engagement and monetization outcomes.

* Partner with Growth Marketing and Finance teams to inform budget decisions and develop scalable measurement frameworks.

* Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, driving informed business decisions.

* Collaborate with senior management, technical, and client teams to define data requirements and implement best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis.

* Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.

* Write and code logical and physical database descriptions, guiding others in coding efforts.

* Modify existing databases and database management systems, or direct changes as needed.

* Test programs and databases, correcting errors and making necessary modifications to ensure data integrity and performance.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.

* 8-10 years of applicable experience in a data-focused role, with a strong emphasis on marketing analytics.

* Demonstrated experience with database technologies.

* Solid knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process.

* Proficiency in at least one scripting language.

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to present insights and drive conversations with diverse stakeholders.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

* A demonstrated history of success in leveraging data to influence business decisions.

* A genuine desire to work with data and empower businesses to make data-driven decisions.

* Ability to work onsite 3 days a week. Candidates unable to commit to this onsite requirement will not be eligible.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Extensive stakeholder engagement experience, including presenting complex insights, influencing stakeholder decisions, and leading data-driven discussions.

* Exposure to or experience with advanced data platforms.
