**About the Role**

As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of apparel innovation, bringing a high level of taste and creativity to every project. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing next-generation apparel, collaborating with diverse teams to translate visionary concepts into tangible products that define future trends and performance standards. **What You'll Do**

* Lead the creative vision and execution for complex apparel product designs, driving full-scale product resets with a focus on innovation.

* Collaborate closely with technical development teams, translating creative concepts into tangible, high-performance apparel.

* Conduct and lead fit sessions, ensuring design integrity and optimal product performance.

* Engage directly with athletes to gather insights, inform design decisions, and ensure product relevance and excellence.

* Infuse a high level of taste and personal style into all design projects, creating compelling and fashion-forward athletic apparel.

* Leverage deep apparel and material expertise to push boundaries in design and functionality.

* Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced design environment, working alongside diverse teams.

* Be open to potential travel for project-related activities (dates to be determined).

**Required Qualifications**

* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fashion or sports apparel design.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

* Demonstrated creative design focus with a strong understanding of technical design elements.

* Proven ability to lead full-scale product resets, particularly for complex apparel products driven by innovation.

* A compelling portfolio showcasing a high taste level, personal style, and a blend of sport and fashion aesthetics.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Expertise in apparel materials, particularly with knitwear, technical fabrics, and athletic fabrics.

* Proficiency in advanced design and visualization tools.

* Previous experience with leading global brands in the apparel industry.
