The Agentic DevOps Enablement team accelerates the organization's journey toward becoming an AInative business, keeping pace with emerging technology trends. The team engineers solutions that equip digital product teams building AI applications with secure, governed, and scalable tools, infrastructure, and services across the entire AI development lifecycle (AIDLC). We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the AIDLC product area. This team is also entrusted with enabling a digital agent workforce to operate alongside humans, creating futuristic development experiences. The AI Digital Product Manager contributes to the definition, delivery, and continuous evolution of innovative, AIenabled products and tools within Allstate's growing product portfolio. This role supports earlystage product exploration and experimentation and helps translate emerging technologies-such as generative and agentic AI-into measurable, scalable enterprise value
