Physical Therapist Outpatient PRN

Inova Physical Therapy - Vienna is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role is PRN/As Needed, Days Vary. We are open Monday - Thursday, 7:00am-7:00pm and Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. We offer a 1 x 1 patient service model. We have a close team-oriented culture and are looking for someone who strives in that type of environment.

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges)
• Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

• 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
