This Dietitian will serve as a key subject matter expert within two multidisciplinary Cardiac Rehabilitation teams, supporting patients and families enrolled in our programs. They will bring advanced knowledge in the assessment, development, and delivery of evidence-based nutrition care plans, and will provide both individual and group education to help patients build sustainable, heart-healthy habits. Education Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred Licenses and Credentials Dietitian and Nutritionist preferred Heartsaver CPR AED Certification [CPR] preferred Registered Dietitian [RD] preferred Registered Dietitican Nutritionist [RDN] preferred Dietitian work experience, specifically in a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, preferred.
