Responsible for providing care which includes assessment, treatment, control diagnostic evaluation of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Consults with physicians. Provides consultation, instruction and/or technical direction of medical, nursing and other staff members.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of Associates degree.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment.
  • Must possess a current Oklahoma RCP license and passed NBRC, Registry for Respiratory Therapy (RRT) CRT.
