This role is open to candidates across the United States, with the primary training facility based in Louisville. Candidates based in Kentucky should anticipate approximately 60% travel across North America. Candidates based outside of Kentucky should anticipate approximately 70-75% travel, including customer site visits and regular presence in Louisville. POSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing technician capability across NFI Group operations and customer networks throughout North America. This role delivers high-quality technical training to internal Service Center Mechanics, Service Technicians, Field Service Technicians, and external customer maintenance teams supporting Motor Coach Industries. Combining instructional expertise with real-world technical knowledge, the successful candidate translates complex vehicle systems into practical learning that improves technician performance, fleet reliability, safety, and customer confidence. Training may be delivered through classroom instruction, hands-on learning, shop demonstrations, field support, and simulated troubleshooting scenarios. WHY JOIN US:
